Join us as we mix business with pleasure: the serious business of fine wine tasting together with the pleasure of connecting with your peer group of leaders in compliance and front office controls who share an interest in the innovations that are shaping the future of the industry.

Our Sommelier

The Tasting Director at Wine & Spirits Magazine, Sarah Looper has over 25 years of experience in restaurants and hospitality. She has been the wine director at Mas (farmhouse) and The Grand Tier at The Metropolitan Opera, and has worked at Union Square Café, Lever House, Gotham Bar & Grill, Oceana, and Martini House in St. Helena, California. She is a Certified Wine Educator and a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. In her spare time, Sarah teaches wine and cheese pairing classes at Murray’s Cheese in the West Village and travels to wine regions several times a year.

Our New York event takes place in the charming surroundings of Little Owl, a charming Mediterranean restaurant that typifies the neighborhood of New York’s Greenwich Village. Our sommelier for the evening, Sarah Looper, has collaborated with Little Owl’s kitchen to create sensational pairings of delectable food and wines, with each plate and glass inspired by languid European summers.

Every dinner guest will arrive curious to discuss the analytics technology that reshaping compliance and front office control outcomes. Talks will be kept to a minimum, but we’ll sow some seeds of conversation by sharing insights into the interests of your peers, gained through our original research and interactive content.
